The HomeTaste Foodtech Inc. allows customers to request deletion of their Customer app account and associated personal data.

How to request account deletion
To request deletion of your The HomeTaste Customer app account, please email us at:

Information to include in your request
To help us locate and verify your account, please include:
- The phone number linked to your The HomeTaste Customer account
- Your full name, if available
- Your email address, if available
- A short confirmation that you want your Customer app account deleted
What happens after your request
After we receive your request, we may verify account ownership before processing deletion. Once verified, we will delete or anonymize personal information associated with your Customer app account, where possible.
This may include:
- Customer profile information
- Saved delivery addresses
- Account login information
- Non-required customer records
- Non-essential support information linked to your account
Information we may need to retain
Some information may be retained where required or permitted by law, including records needed for:
- Tax and accounting obligations
- Payment records, refunds, and disputes
- Fraud prevention and platform safety
- Customer support history
- Legal compliance
- Food safety and order-related obligations
If some information must be retained, we will limit access to it and use it only for the required purposes.
